I want to say thank you to Kenny and the boys from Tire City. They Are the greatest. I run a storage facility , and I had someone dump 1500 tires in 3 of my units , and then abandon them. The boys at tire city came in and got rid of all of them for me in just 2 days. They went above and beyond, putting all other business aside to help me. From the time I first made contact with them until the last tire was gone was 5 days. And they even swept out the units. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Thank you so much.

I really cannot praise this man and his wife enough. I pulled up to this place last year with completely different sized tires, on a Subaru.. if you know anything about subi's you know that is not good for your car..at all. They had me helped that same day with all new tires. I also got all new rims from them. Ever since working with them, i have been able to call them for every little problem and they have immediately resolved it. Not only that, but my mom was in an accident before Christmas, they immediately found tires for her and made sure they were exactly the kind i was looking for. I recently somehow lost two of my hubcaps for my rims, without question Kenny immediately ordered replacements for me. I am incredibly thankful for their loyalty and commitment to their customers and i will not be going anywhere else for anything revolving around tires. if they did work other than tires, i would solely use them for all of my car needs. you can count on this family and their team, to not only make sure you are safe, but to be assured you have their full commitment to giving you the best experience possible. Forever thankful 💜

Fast service and well done. Mounting oversize 275/65r18 tires, they offered to test fit one wheel/tire before committing to the full set. In and out in just 42 minutes to replace all four tires.

I came by here because my tire had a big piece of glass. The guys took off my tire. Removed the huge piece if glass and plugged the hole in the tire. The bigger gentleman that is usually there, waved me off. I gave the attendant $20 just for his quick and swift response. I think he was surprised that I gave him $20. It had now been 2 weeks. Very thankful and pleased the tire is functioning. Hands down, this place was able and willing to do something, Unlike Midas of Renton, WA. (I do not like throwing shade/negativity, but being honest as is all my reviews:) In closing, you can go to people or tire shop places and then theirs this place. I understand why this business has been a staple along Pacific Highway. Accept no substitutions from other shops. Because, they are not this shop. This shop is 1 of a kind. Have lived in Federal Way over +25 years. I understand fully, why locals and people within proximity visit this business. I prefer this blue and green building business over, the neighboring red empire competitor. Did I mention the good customer service and communication at this business?
